Downtown, San Diego, CA – Take your taste buds out for a night on the town… Downtown that is! Taste of Downtown is back on Saturday, October 11, 2012 from 5:00PM to 9:00PM with over 50 restaurants throughout the Gaslamp Quarter, Financial District, East Village and Horton Plaza. This self-guided walking tour will feature your favorite eateries, classic bistros, tasty take-outs and showcase the newest dining hot spots. Tickets to Taste of Downtown are only $30.00 in advance and $35.00 on the day of the event. Proceeds will benefit the Downtown San Diego Partnership who continues to promote and enhance our unique community through programs such as: the Downtown Clean and Safe Program, the Downtown Walking Map, and other programs that help promote our urban Downtown District. A complimentary shuttle service will be available to take you to and from each neighborhood. Tickets are limited, so be sure to purchase yours in advance as the Taste of Downtown has sold out for the past nine years and will surely sell-out again.
