California Sushi

Located in beautiful Eastlake, California Sushi serves all of the traditional sushi favorites as well as their specialties…but with a twist. This is traditional Japanese sushi with the flavors of Mexico - a perfect combination for San Diego! For example, the Taco Mexicano Roll featured on this page, made with the usual seafood (tuna, salmon, shrimp), cucumber and cream cheese. Add cilantro and avocado, and suddenly the combination takes a delicious Mexican turn. They also host all of the traditional fresh rolls without the heat.
